We are seeking an experienced Pipe Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble high-quality Lube Oil Consoles, Gas Conditioning Skids, and related systems by interpreting engineering drawings and schematics. This position supports critical equipment used throughout the global energy industry and requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and work from arrangement drawings, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and blueprintsAssemble skidded equipment and bolt piping systems accurately and efficientlyInstall bolted, flanged, and gasketed connections in accordance with specified torque requirementsPerform pipe fitting and welding tasks as requiredDrill and tap holes up to ½” in diameterOperate hand and power tools including drills and grindersSafely operate tow motors and overhead and jib cranesLift materials and components weighing up to 50 lbsFollow all OSHA regulations and company safety policiesComplete assigned tasks independently while adhering to work instructionsPerform additional duties as needed to support production goalsEssential Skills & QualificationsProven experience in production or mechanical assemblyStrong proficiency with hand and power toolsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsDemonstrated commitment to safe work practicesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionPreferred QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED preferredMinimum of 1 year of experience assembling piping with bolted flange connectionsRequired Personal ToolsCandidates must supply their own tools, including but not limited to:

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
