Industrial Assembler – Furnace Department

About the Role

Join our team as an Industrial Assembler in a clean, organized, and fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This is a full‑time position with 50+ hours per week, starting at 5:00 AM, and paid weekly. You’ll work across multiple departments and learn the full assembly process from start to finish. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read a tape measure are essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical components and cabinets using drawings or photosPerform point‑to‑point wiring and install wire harnessesRetrofit and modify control panels to customer specificationsInstall wire channels and ensure proper wire placementUse forklifts and equipment to move materials; lift up to 50 lbsInstall hardware, labels, and safety signageAssist with HVAC, plumbing, and pipefitting assemblyMeasure, cut, bend, and thread pipe for heating/cooling systemsRequired SkillsStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to stand for the full shift and perform repetitive tasksWillingness to learn and take initiativeBasic math skills, including working with fractionsComfortable using power tools, saws, and hand toolsPreferred ExperienceAutomotive, HVAC, metal fabrication, carpentry, industrial painting, or masonryBrazing/soldering (training available)Prior shop or manufacturing experienceHeavy industrial manufacturing is a plusWhy You’ll Love Working HereWeekly payCompany-sponsored profit‑sharing plan with annual bonuses typically ranging from $8K–$15KPaid vacation and holidaysHealth, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k)75% tuition reimbursement for you and immediate familyProduction bonusesTemperature‑controlled facilityJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burlington, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
