**Hiring Mechanical Assemblers in Fort Collins** **Location:** Fort Collins, CO **Shifts & Pay:** + **1st Shift:** Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | **$19–$20/hour DOE** + **2nd Shift:** Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM | **$20.90–$22/hour DOE** **** **About the Role:** We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented **Mechanical Assemblers** to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. In this role, you will assemble and perform preset calibration and final testing of various products, including small components, light subassemblies, and complete units. **Responsibilities:** + Assemble, install, align, adjust, and fit subassemblies and parts using appropriate tools. + Perform low to moderately complex assembly, testing, and calibration tasks. + Clean parts, maintain tooling, and follow work instructions for certification. + Work with close tolerances to meet engineering requirements. + Pick and stock parts, complete paperwork accurately, and handle returned units. + Promote teamwork and perform assembly audits and flow/pressure testing. **Skills & Qualifications:** + Experience using hand and power tools. + Mechanical assembly experience. + Ability to read blueprints (preferred). + Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
