Job Description
As an Assembler, you will perform mechanical assemblies to build a variety of lawn care equipment, excluding lawn mowers. The products, such as aerators and blowers, are primarily used on golf courses. You will utilize hand and power tools, including power drills, torque wrenches, and pneumatic tools, while working from blueprints. Assemblies may involve working independently on sub-assemblies or in two-person teams for full product assemblies.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical assemblies for lawn care equipment.Use hand and power tools, such as drills and torque wrenches.Read and interpret blueprints for assembly processes.Complete assembly of products either independently or in two-person teams.Ensure high-quality construction of equipment with attention to detail.Meet production requirements, which can vary from 15 units daily to 1 unit every 2-3 days.Essential Skills
Minimum of 6 months experience with hand and power tools.At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical assembly experience.Ability to interpret blueprints and assemble based on schematics.Excellent attendance with no more than one day missed per month.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
The role is based in a medium-sized, climate-controlled shop that maintains a balance between relaxed and fast-paced work conditions. The workspace is organized yet allows room for comfortable movement. Assemblies may be completed alone or in partnership. Training is provided alongside a trainer. The schedule runs from Monday to Thursday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM, with optional partial-day overtime on Fridays. The shop environment is supportive, with a focus on maintaining productivity.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
