**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Mechanical Assembler to support the production of innovative HVAC and building-solution products. This hands-on role involves assembly, machine operation, and quality-focused tasks in a sustainability-driven company committed to environmentally responsible manufacturing. **Responsibilities** + Assemble product components according to specifications and work instructions. + Measure with a tape measure using the metric system. + Use a micrometer to ensure product diameter is correct. + Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. + Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support safety and productivity. + Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read a tape measure. + Attention to detail. + Mechanical aptitude. + Ability to use hand and power tools. + Willingness to work 12-hour shifts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Manufacturing experience is not required, but strong mechanical aptitude or experience in construction, building maintenance, or automotive maintenance is beneficial. + Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift. + Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools or machinery. + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. + Strong teamwork and communication skills. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a growing company with a promising future. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
