What You’ll DoAssemble custom HVAC units using a variety of hand and power tools.Read and follow blueprints and schematics to ensure precision.Assist with shop tasks like packing, shrink wrapping, sweeping, and cleanup to keep production moving smoothly.Grow your skills—opportunities to learn wiring, sheet metal work, and advanced assembly as you progress.What We’re Looking ForHands-on experience: At least 1–2 years in manufacturing (HVAC or sheet metal experience is a big plus!).Mechanical aptitude: Comfortable with tools and basic assembly work.Team player: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ready to lend a hand.Reliability: We value stability—someone looking to grow with us, not just a short-term stop.Preferred SkillsMechanical assemblyBlueprint readingHVAC or sheet metal experienceWiring and schematic knowledgeWhy You’ll Love It HereCareer growth: Start in assembly and expand into wiring, sheet metal, or other specialties.Supportive team: We believe in helping each other succeed (and yes, crisp high-fives are encouraged).Impactful work: Build products that keep businesses running and people comfortable.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
