**Aerotek is currently hiring for an Assembly Technician in the Baltimore area!** _Qualified candidates should be able to do the following:_ Responsibilities + Assembling conveyor components, both large and small scale. + Utilize hand/power tools, shears, brakes, saws, milling machines, and other fabrication equipment. + Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects for prompt resolution. + Read pneumatic schematics and run airlines. + Conserve resources and supplies to minimize waste. + Maintain a clean and orderly work area, performing housekeeping duties as required. Preferred Experience: + Experience in assembling, installing, and working with mechanical components such as motors and gears. + Basic understanding of electrical procedures and strong mechanical aptitude. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn. + Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team. + Basic math and communication skills. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
