**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler responsible for building and mounting components with precision. This role involves incorporating wipers, warning lights, backlighting, and headlights, as well as reviewing blueprints for constructing level bumpers. The technician will charge, test, and evacuate air conditioning systems, install and wire electrical components such as lights, speakers, and sirens, and conduct thorough running tests to ensure all systems are operational. Additional tasks may be assigned by management to support organizational goals. **Responsibilities** + Build and mount grills with precision. + Incorporate wipers, warning lights, backlighting, and headlights. + Review blueprints to construct level bumpers. + Charge, test, and evacuate air conditioning systems according to specifications. + Install and wire electrical components such as lights, speakers, and sirens. + Perform running tests to ensure all systems are operating correctly. + Support organizational goals with additional tasks as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical assembly experience. + Proficiency in blueprint reading. + Skilled in using hand and power tools. + Ability to read a tape measure accurately. + Experience in electrical assembly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working on an assembly line is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive environment where all necessary tools and PPE are provided for the job. Mandatory overtime is required on Fridays, with an expectation of 45-50 hours per week. The work environment is temperature-controlled, spacious, and designed for teamwork. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Forest Lake, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00/hr.
