We’re hiring a Mechanical Assembly Technician to support the refurbishment of aircraft seating for a global commercial airline. This hands-on role involves disassembling seat components, preparing them for restoration, and assisting with various repair and finishing processes.
Responsibilities:Remove fabric, cushions, and accessories from aircraft seats to expose the structural frameUse hand and power tools to complete tasks safely and efficientlyMeasure and inspect components using calipers, tape measures, and other precision toolsAssist with sanding, painting, troubleshooting, and other repair activitiesMaintain safety and cleanliness in a warehouse environmentQualifications:Comfortable using hand and power toolsAble to take accurate measurements and perform basic mathDetail-oriented and eager to learnExperience in warehouse or mechanical environments is a plusKnowledge of vacuum bagging and heat vacuum techniques is a bonusWhy You’ll Love Working Here:Supportive and friendly team environmentHands-on experience in aerospace component refurbishmentWeekly payConsistent weekday schedule with weekends offCasual dress code (shorts, t-shirts, tennis shoes)Access to a robust 401(k) plan for long-term financial planningPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr.
