Job Title: Mechanical Assembler Location: Blaine, MN Job Type: Contract to Hire **Job Description** Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler and help build specialized lawn care equipment like aerators and blowers—used on golf courses across the country. You’ll work with hand and power tools to complete mechanical assemblies from blueprints, either independently or in teams of two. Depending on the product, you might assemble 15 units in a day or focus on a single unit over several days. **Responsibilities** + Assemble lawn care equipment using mechanical tools and blueprints + Use hand and power tools (e.g., drills, torque wrenches, pneumatic tools) + Complete sub-assemblies or full assemblies, solo or with a partner + Adapt to varying production demands and timelines **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of experience with hand and power tools + 1+ year of mechanical assembly experience + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Strong attendance (no more than 1 day missed per month) + Positive attitude and solid work ethic **Preferred Qualifications** + Enjoy working on cars or have experience as a lube/auto tech + In shop class or similar hands-on hobbies + Previous experience in mechanical or equipment assembly **Why Work Here?** + Comprehensive benefits and paid time off + Free access to therapists via health app (video/chat) + Supportive, balanced work environment that encourages growth **Work Environment** + Medium-sized, climate-controlled, and quiet shop + Spacious workstations with solo or paired assembly + Dedicated trainer for onboarding + Hours:6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday(optional partial Fridays) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
