Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Lead Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating mechanical parts, pieces, or products using a variety of hand and power tools. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently to meet approved specifications.Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assist in the assembly process.Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Essential SkillsPrevious experience in assembly or a related field preferred.Strong mechanical knowledge required.Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsForklift operation experience is a plus.Familiarity with warehouse operations is beneficial.Must be able to stand on feet for 8-10 hours each day.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Will be working in a shop setting Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Work may be dirty at times. Candidates will be working in an assembly shop to build industrial paint spraying equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, North Dakota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
