Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a Mechanical Assembler where you will play a crucial role in the assembly of large parts for industrial furnaces. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of materials including felt, insulation, ceramic, graphite, carbon fiber, molybdenum, stainless steel, and carbon steel. Training is available to enhance your skills in reading and interpreting blueprints and utilizing power tools.
ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints for assembly tasks.Utilize power tools to perform mechanical assembly tasks.Work with sheet metal and a variety of materials such as ceramic, graphite, and carbon fiber.Assemble large parts for industrial furnaces.Consistently meet and exceed deadlines for assigned tasks.Produce parts that meet and exceed quality standards.Trouble-shoot machine problems and perform preventative maintenance.Cross-train on several assembly processes as required.Essential SkillsMinimum of 1 year experience in a mechanical assembly role.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.Skill in using hand and power tools effectively.Ability to efficiently meet deadlines and quality standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma required.Experience in preventative maintenance and trouble-shooting machine problems.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work on 1st Shift Hours from 6:30am to 3:00pm, with the shop opening at 5am for overtime opportunities. Engage in hands-on work in a sheet metal fabrication shop that is not temperature controlled.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
