Join a dynamic production company in Blaine, MN, specializing in the manufacturing of gym equipment such as ellipticals, weight racks, and tension weight machines. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks required to assemble, prep sub-assemblies, and move completed units. With 32 different machines to assemble, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line.

ResponsibilitiesComplete assembly of various models of machines following established procedures.Move machines as required.Verify completed machines meet quality standards and initial paperwork.Use a manual and electric pallet jack.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.Ability to bend, twist, or turn repeatedly throughout the shift.Minimum of 6 months of previous working experience.Preferably 6 months of previous assembly or manufacturing experience.Mechanically inclined with the ability to work with power and hand tools.Ability to read work instructions and drawings.Ability to effectively communicate and accurately read a tape measure.Good memorization skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsGood work history, even if not in manufacturing.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a well-lit, organized manufacturing facility equipped with skylights. While not air-conditioned, the newest part of the building provides a comfortable atmosphere. Employees operate in versatile assembly pods, composed of 3-4 people, and are cross-trained in multiple areas. This team-oriented environment fosters collaboration and skill development.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
