Job Description
As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in building tap off boxes, switchgear units, remote power panels, and mechanical power distribution units. With openings in both mechanical and electrical areas, candidates will be placed according to skill set and current needs.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble data bar units using metal components and external metal casings, ensuring all parts are fastened, drilled, attached, and fully built.Perform control wiring throughout individual units if assigned to the electrical area.Engage in general labor duties such as stocking, inventory management, and unwrapping raw materials.Read and interpret drawings to identify required parts or replacement parts for assembly.Maintain production pace to meet daily unit completion goals.Lift, bend, stoop, and demonstrate physical dexterity for assembling refrigerator-sized units.Essential SkillsProficiency with hand and power tools.Attention to detail in following blueprints and wiring diagrams.Ability to work at a production pace.1-3 years of assembly or similar experience using hand/power tools.Ideally 1 year of wiring experience, though not required.Additional Skills & Qualifications1-2 years of mechanical or electrical assembly experience.Solid track record of performance and tenure in previous roles. mechanical work and quality assurance.Reference is required.Why Work Here?

The PDU line is growing, adding 110 associates to the second shift, offering significant opportunities for career advancement.
Work Environment
The work environment is a spacious 250K sq ft facility with high ceilings, clean conditions, and climate control. The shift runs from 4:00 pm to 12:30 am, Monday through Friday, with initial training during a day shift for 1-2 weeks. There is potential for growth into lead roles, trainer positions, and managerial positions. Attendance is monitored via a time clock system.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr.
