**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler : Blaine, MN : $20 to $24** **Job Description** Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler where you will perform mechanical assemblies to build lawn care equipment such as aerators and blowers. These products are primarily used on golf courses and do not include lawn mowers. You will utilize hand and power tools, including power drills, torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, and various basic hand tools, working off blueprints. Assemblies may be done individually or in two-person teams, completing full assembly from start to finish. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical assemblies for lawn care equipment. + Utilize hand and power tools such as power drills, torque wrenches, and pneumatic tools. + Work from blueprints to complete assemblies. + Complete sub-assemblies independently or full assemblies as part of a team. + Ensure excellent attendance and punctuality, missing no more than one day per month. **Essential Skills** + At least 6 months of experience with hand and power tools. + 1+ year of hands-on mechanical assembly experience. + Ability to interpret blueprints effectively. + Strong work ethic and positive attitude. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience or hobby in automotive work, such as car maintenance or as a lube/auto technician, is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive benefits, including excellent PTO and a Health App fully covered by the company, allowing video and chat consultations with therapists at no cost. The facility allows room to work comfortably, whether alone or with a partner. You will start with a trainer for guidance. The role operates on a 1st shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with optional partial workdays on Fridays. The atmosphere is relaxed, but be prepared for urgent tasks at times. The owner occasionally visits the floor and emphasizes staying focused on work tasks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BLAINE, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
