**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler**
**Job Description**
The role of a Mechanical Assembler involves building and mounting grills with precision, integrating components such as wipers, warning lights, backlighting, and headlights. The assembler is responsible for reviewing blueprints to construct level bumpers and is accountable for charging, testing, and evacuating air conditioning systems according to build specifications. Additionally, the role requires the installation and wiring of electrical components like lights, speakers, and sirens, along with conducting comprehensive running tests to ensure all systems function correctly. Tasks may be assigned by management to support organizational goals and member needs.
**Pay: $23-29**
**Responsibilities**
+ Build and mount grills incorporating various components with precision.
+ Review blueprints to construct level bumpers.
+ Charge, test, and evacuate air conditioning systems per specifications.
+ Install and wire electrical components such as lights, speakers, and sirens.
+ Perform thorough running tests to ensure all systems operate correctly.
+ Support organizational goals through additional tasks as assigned.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Skill in tape measure reading.
+ Experience with assembly line processes.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is temperature-controlled and designed for teamwork, offering spacious work areas. The position operates on a 1st Shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with hours depending on the supervisor, ranging from 5:00am - 3:30pm or 6:00am - 4:30pm. There is mandatory overtime on Fridays, with an expectation of working 45-50 hours per week. All necessary tools are supplied to employees.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wyoming, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00/hr.
