**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler! You will gain hands-on experience using hand and power tools to add fasteners, clips, and other hardware onto window units. Your role will involve utilizing caulking guns, conducting product testing, and ensuring high attention to detail. You will work with large glass and sheet metal pieces, standing and walking throughout an 8-hour shift, assembling units up to 30 feet long.
**Responsibilities**
+ Add metal brackets and use hand and power tools for assembly.
+ Use caulking guns to fill spaces and ensure proper sealing.
+ Conduct testing on caulking products and inspect assembly for flaws.
+ Paint ends of materials and work with insulation.
+ Wrap netting around final units and inspect throughout manufacturing.
+ Handle large glass and sheet metal pieces with care and precision.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum 3 years in a mechanical role.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints.
+ Experience with fabrication, fitting, and installation.
+ Skilled in using power tools and hand tools.
+ Mechanical assembly and production experience.
+ Ability to proficiently read a tape measure.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
