Job Description
Join our team to perform mechanical assemblies, constructing lawn care equipment such as aerators and blowers. You will utilize hand and power tools, including power drills, torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, and various basic hand tools, all while working from blueprints. You may work independently on sub-assemblies or in two-person teams for full assemblies.
Pay: $20
ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical assemblies to build lawn care equipment.Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks.Interpret and work off blueprints.Complete full assembly of products from start to finish.Work independently or collaboratively in two-person teams.Meet production targets, which vary by assembly department.Essential SkillsMinimum of 6 months experience with hand and power tools.At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical assembly experience.Ability to interpret blueprints effectively.Strong attendance with no more than one day missed per month.Good attitude and effort in work.Additional Skills & QualificationsPreference for individuals who enjoy working on cars or have experience as auto/lube technicians.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a laid-back, medium-sized shop with climate control. The environment varies from low-key to urgent, depending on production needs. You'll have room to work either independently or with a partner. Training is provided with a dedicated trainer. The role is on 1st shift, Monday to Thursday, with optional work on Fridays. The owner values focus and productivity during work hours.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
