**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler**
**Job Description**
The mechanical assembler will play a crucial role in functional testing of mechanical components to ensure compatibility and fitment. You will be responsible for validating drawings and designs, assessing functionality and safety of applications, collecting data, and documenting reports. While an Engineering or Mechanical degree is preferred, relevant experience without a degree is also valued.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform functional testing of mechanical components for compatibility and fitment.
+ Validate drawings and designs for accuracy.
+ Ensure functionality and safety of applications.
+ Collect data and document reports.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical assembly experience.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Knowledge in solar, general labor, and construction.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
+ Experience with installation and assembly of solar panels.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Mechanical or related engineering degree preferred.
+ Experience in structural engineering.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
