**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for the final assembly and packing of HVAC units, assembling larger components, and completing various finishing tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our HVAC products. **Responsibilities** + Perform general assembly for the production line, including all phases from initial assembly to final packaging. + Study assembly instructions and parts lists to prepare work with assistance from fellow assemblers. + Position and assemble parts and subassemblies according to measurements. + Learn and verify specifications to ensure quality standards. + Maintain operational equipment and ensure a safe and clean work environment. + Follow verbal and written instructions accurately. + Work on subassemblies and final assembly of HVAC products as required. + Assist in other departments to meet company and production goals. + Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Essential Skills** + High School diploma or equivalent (GED). + Ability to work with various machines and tools. + Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks. + Minimum of 6 months prior mechanical assembly experience preferred. + Experience using hand tools, air tools, and measuring tools. + Ability to stand for long periods and lift over 40 pounds. + Proficiency in using measuring tools, drills, and saws. + Good basic math skills. + Ability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Diploma/GED. + Ability to read schematics and drawings. + Mechanical assembly skills. + Experience in wiring, brazing, and working on an assembly line. + Capability to learn operations at multiple workstations. **Why Work Here?** Join a clean, climate-controlled facility offering growth opportunities.
