Job Title: Mechanical Assembler - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler, where you will be responsible for building large cooling units. In this role, you will utilize your skills with hand and power tools to perform tasks such as metal framing, copper tubing, drilling holes, and piping. You will receive hands-on training and work closely with team leads to follow directions from diagrams and visual aids. This position involves manual lifting and heavy lifting with the use of team lifts.

Responsibilities

Perform basic, standardized, and repetitive assembly operations and labeling.Manually assemble inserted components per visual aids, upon verification of specs from visual aid.Inspect parts to ensure assembly was performed correctly.Utilize manual lifting devices and perform heavy lifting (team lifts).Read and interpret graphs and diagrams accurately.

Essential Skills

Comfortable using hand and power tools.Ability to read and write, following directions given by leads or diagrams.Basic mechanical aptitude.Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.Ability to read and interpret graphs and diagrams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Electrical knowledge is a plus.1+ year experience in detailed mechanical assembly.Ability to read blueprints.

Work in an extremely clean and temperature-controlled manufacturing site with the potential to grow into a large 3 million sqft campus. The position requires wearing steel toe shoes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.32 - $23.32/hr.
