Job Description
Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler, where you will be responsible for the mechanical assembly and troubleshooting of pumps. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality structures, baseplates, and coupling guards. Your role will include reading blueprints, interpreting specifications, and planning assembly procedures.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical assembly and troubleshooting.Utilize tools such as ratchets, hammers, rulers, calipers, and other measuring and testing instruments.Read blueprints and interpret specifications for assembly.Install moving parts like shafts, levers, or bearings.Fabricate metal components using sawing, cutting, welding, and grinding techniques.Weld and fabricate parts as necessary.Test or assist in testing the operation of completed products.Essential Skills
2 years of experience in mechanical assembly2 years of experience building industrial or automotive machineryProficiency in Mig welding and fabrication.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.Experience with hand tools and power tools.Strong troubleshooting skills.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
