Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team for the 2nd or 3rd shift with a premium. The role involves assembling landing gears for the aerospace industry and requires proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and blueprints, using hand and power tools, and large part assembly of metal and steel parts. The ideal candidate should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, troubleshoot and correct issues in the assembly process, and perform quality checks to ensure proper specifications.
Responsibilities

Work Environment
The position is in a 100,000 sq ft electro-plating manufacturing facility located in Strongsville, OH. It is an industrial manufacturing environment where exposure to chemicals and waste waters is present. The role includes training on the 1st shift for 4-6 weeks based on the candidate’s previous experience (7a-3p). Post-training, candidates will be the only maintenance technician on their shift. The 3rd shift runs from 11p-7a with a $1/hour shift premium, and there is flexibility with shift hours if needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
