Job Description
We are seeking a skilled assembler to execute complex assembly tasks, including advanced mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies. The ideal candidate will read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure the correct assembly of components, perform troubleshooting and diagnostics, and coach lower-level assemblers on techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies.Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications.Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in assembly processes and product functionality.Coach and train lower-level assemblers, providing guidance on techniques and quality standards.Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory compliance standards.Review and recommend improvements to assembly processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.Collaborate with engineers and designers to resolve design or manufacturing issues.Perform final quality inspections and testing to ensure assembled products meet company standards.Maintain inventory of parts and materials required for assembly and ensure optimal stock levels.Assist with the setup, calibration, and operation of automated or semi-automated equipment.Follow lean manufacturing guidelines and suggest continuous improvements for efficiency.Essential SkillsExperience in assembly line and mechanical assembly.Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.Bilingual in Spanish and English.Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents.Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing best practices.Additional Skills & QualificationsAt least 3–5 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles.Experience in leadership or team supervision.Ability to train and mentor junior team members.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment includes an air-conditioned manufacturing facility in Mesa, Arizona, equipped with electric charging stations. The role requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch as required, and climb portable ladders. The use of personal protective equipment is mandatory. Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination are essential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
