**Job Title:** Mechanical and Pipeline Sr. Engineer IV
**Location:** Calgary, AB
**Hybrid:** In-Office on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday; Remote on Wednesday & Friday
Our client is seeking a Mechanical and Pipeline Engineer to join their team. As a Mechanical and Pipeline Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting project execution and governance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
+ Develop and manage engineering governance standards to ensure consistent project execution across business units and regions.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to review and improve engineering workflows and processes.
+ Facilitate training sessions and stakeholder review meetings to promote understanding of governance documents.
+ Participate in project lifecycle activities from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with standards.
+ Support asset management activities, including asset classification and data management within cloud-based repositories.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Pipeline Engineering.
+ Minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
+ Experience working on various types and sizes of oil and gas projects, including renewables (asset experience is a plus).
+ Strong understanding of engineering interfaces with procurement, contracts, project management, and construction.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
