Job Title: MechanicJob Description

We are seeking a skilled mechanic to join our team in a mechanical maintenance role within a manufacturing facility. This role involves a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot pneumatic components to identify and resolve issues.Rebuild conveyors and align shafts for optimal performance.Replace motors and perform reactive maintenance as needed.Conduct stick welding and minor facilities work.Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, including pumps, conveyors, and hydraulic components.Essential SkillsExperience with mechanical maintenance, including pumps, conveyors, and hydraulic components.Proficient in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and pneumatic systems.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.Understanding of 3 phase 480V electrical systems.Knowledge of motor operations and the ability to replace sensors.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in fabrication and welding.Experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial setting.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our manufacturing facility is non-climate controlled, providing a hands-on and fast-paced work environment. The standard shift is from 3 PM to 11 PM, with training provided on day shifts for up to a month before transitioning to the standard 2nd shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $58000.00/yr.
