**Job Title: Mechanic** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team, focusing on maintaining and repairing coin machines commonly found in banks and grocery stores. This position offers the potential to transition into a service technician role in the future. **Responsibilities** + Monitor performance of coin sorters and wrapping machines to ensure accuracy and efficiency. + Perform preventive maintenance following manufacturer guidelines. + Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. + Replace worn or defective parts using hand tools and diagnostic equipment. + Maintain inventory of spare parts and order replacements as needed. + Keep detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and machine performance. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Cross-train and assist in other coin room operations as needed. + Report equipment deficiencies or replacement needs to management. + Handle mini-breakdowns and provide quick solutions. **Essential Skills** + Experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic. + Proficiency in mechanical repair and preventive maintenance. + Ability to work with machine maintenance and conveyer systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable around machinery and tools. + Ability to work in slouched positions, bending, twisting, and from various postures. + Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently. + Proficiency with tools like wrenches, screwdrivers, and drills. + Good attendance record. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Harrisburg, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $43680.00/yr.
