**Job Title: Upfitter** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team as an Upfitter where you will utilize your skills in assembly, hydraulic 12v electric systems, and fabrication to enhance vocational trucks as a final stage manufacturer. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and instructions. + Follow installation procedures and established standards. + Accurately use measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and squares. + Perform hose and fitting assembly, routing, and plumbing. + Conduct pressure setting and testing. + Read electric schematics and assemble, route, and terminate wire harnesses. + Set up and test electrical systems. + Utilize various power tools such as drills, impact wrenches, air ratchets, and grinders. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of experience in heavy equipment or automotive field. + Strong mechanical aptitude and technical understanding of hydraulics and electrical systems. + Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics. + Knowledge of 12v electrical systems. + Basic welding and fabrication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of wiring stop/start systems and ability to use a programmer. + Familiarity with sizes of fittings and hydraulic hoses. + Basic math skills. + 2-5 years' experience in the field service of heavy equipment is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a competitive total rewards package, including benefits and a 401(k) starting on your first day.
