Position Overview
We are currently seeking a qualified Mechanic to join our team in Denver. This role is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of a variety of vehicles and equipment, including tow tractors, baggage carts, buses, trucks, service vans, and heavy machinery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Perform repairs and routine maintenance on tow tractors, baggage carts, buses, trucks, and service vansMaintain and troubleshoot heavy equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systemsInspect ground support vehicles and equipment to assess repair needsDiagnose mechanical issues and execute appropriate repairsSchedule and conduct periodic maintenance for ground support vehiclesEnsure the repair shop remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsMonitor and manage inventory of tools and partsMaintain detailed repair logs and service recordsRequired Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive maintenance, including hydraulic and engine repairProficiency with hand and power toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to interpret technical manuals and schematicsHigh school diploma or equivalentPhysical capability to work on vehicles for extended periods, including kneeling or lying downAbility to lift up to 50 poundsPreferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a similar roleWillingness to participate in on-the-job trainingFlexibility to work weekends and holidaysWork Environment
This position operates in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. Approximately 30% of the workday may be spent outdoors in varying Colorado weather conditions. Shift openings include second, third, and weekend shifts, with schedules such as Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday. Candidates must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday.

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $35.00/hr.
