**Hiring Mechanics** **Location:** Commerce City, CO **Pay:** $25.00 – $34.00 per hour (based on experience) **Schedule (Mon–Fri):** + Shift:7:00 AM – 5:00 PM + Daily safety meeting at 7:00 AM + Voluntary overtime and Saturdays available (average work week ~48 hours) **Job Description:** We are seeking experienced and motivated mechanics to join our team in Colorado. This role involves maintaining and repairing a variety of heavy equipment in a small shop environment. Candidates must be flexible, safety-conscious, and capable of performing both mechanical and general labor tasks. **Responsibilities:** + Attend daily safety meetings and review work orders with shop supervisor and lead + Perform general inspections, preventative maintenance (PMs), and repairs on heavy equipment + Use intake forms and repair sheets to assess and document work + Conduct electrical and hydraulic diagnostics + Perform basic labor tasks when not assigned to mechanical duties, which may involve extensive physical activity + Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety expectations **Requirements:** + Must possess all required Class I Mechanic hand tools + High school diploma or equivalent training + 2+ years of experience in truck, trailer, and heavy diesel equipment maintenance + Experience with drill rigs (Klemm, SoilMec, Watson), concrete pumps/mixers, compressors, generators, forklifts, loaders, and excavators is a plus + Ability to perform electrical and hydraulic diagnostics + Basic computer skills (Diesel laptops used for service reporting) + ASE certification preferred but not required + Must be self-motivated with strong attention to detail **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
