**Job Title: Mechanic- up to $20/hr!** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team in operating forging machines. In this role, you will be responsible for loading parts, pressing and forging components, conducting visual quality inspections, and cross-training on CNC machines. You will also be required to read and interpret blueprints to ensure precision and quality in production. **Responsibilities** + Operate forging machines to produce high-quality parts. + Load, press, and forge components efficiently. + Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications. + Cross-train on CNC machines for skill diversification. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of machine operation experience. + Mechanical aptitude, including automotive work, diesel work, and repair of farming equipment. + Ability to interpret blueprints. + High school diploma or GED is required. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in forging is a plus. + Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment. **Why Work Here?** Join a small, modern facility with fewer than 200 employees where you're more than just a number.
