**Job Title: Mechanic** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our Pump and Power division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diesel equipment, generators, and air compressors, and will be responsible for basic diagnostics and repairs of generators, power distribution systems, air conditioning units, heaters, and shoring equipment. **Responsibilities** + Perform basic diagnostic and repair work on generators, power distribution systems, air conditioning units, heaters, and shoring equipment. + Understand and work with diesel equipment, generators, and air compressors. + Conduct preventive maintenance using hand and power tools. + Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues effectively. + Read and interpret schematics and drawings to ensure accurate repairs. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of experience servicing generators, HVAC systems, and power equipment. + Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings. + Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. + Knowledge of hand and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Possession of personal hand tools. + Understanding of boiler systems. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans, along with a 401(k) retirement plan.
