**Job Title: Mechanic** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining high productivity melting furnaces. You will interpret and control furnace conditions to ensure the product meets customer specifications and quality standards. In this role, you will operate equipment such as tow motors, overhead cranes, welders, and hoists, conduct preventive and general maintenance on furnace hardware, troubleshoot equipment and system abnormalities, and perform required maintenance to resolve issues. Additionally, you will operate hand tools like grinders, saws, and drill presses to condition and prepare ingots for subsequent processes. Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match. **Work Environment** This is a direct placement position with a monthly swing shift schedule between 1st and 3rd shifts, involving 12-hour shifts. Training occurs on the 1st shift for the first 1-2 months, Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Once assigned to a permanent crew, the schedule alternates monthly between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. (2-2-3-3 schedule). The work environment is focused on advanced engineered solutions for the aerospace and transportation industries, contributing to the transformation of fuel-efficient, quieter aerospace engines and sustainable ground transportation. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $58240.00/yr. • Benefits begin on FIRST DAY OF EMPLOYMENT!
