As we continue to build a more insights-led Communications function, we’re seeking a Measurement and Insights Associate Analyst to support brand campaign reporting across North America. This role supports the delivery of strong media reporting for our brands by pairing analytical thinking with clear, effective communication. Responsibilities Campaign Reporting & Analytics Support Support campaign reporting for PepsiCo’s iconic North America brands, with a focus on executing and elevating campaign reports. Build, maintain, and QA media monitoring dashboards using Talkwalker, ensuring accurate query setup, data integrity, and timely delivery. Pull data and surface key insights, trends, and performance summaries that translate metrics into clear, actionable takeaways. Support ad hoc data pulls and analysis requests to enable timely decision-making and stakeholder updates. Assist with benchmarking and baseline analysis to contextualize campaign performance over time. Stay curious about how earned media is measured and how analytics tools continue to evolve to support ongoing improvement. Passion for Brands & Consumer Marketing Have a passion for brand building and supporting consumer brands in the CPG space Stay curious about how brands show up across media and social, and how storytelling and earned coverage shape perception Operational Execution Assist in standardizing reporting outputs, templates, and workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality across deliverables. Help maintain internal measurement SharePoint site, ensuring final reports, dashboards, and materials are uploaded accurately and consistently. Support documentation of measurement processes, playbooks, and best practices. Project Management & Workflow Support Support end-to-end execution of campaign reporting, from intake and setup through delivery and archiving. Own and maintain Monday.com boards for campaign reporting and analytics workflows. Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure campaigns stay on schedule and expectations are met. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to support smooth execution and timely inputs. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,600 - $123,150. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
