MEA Regional Marketing Manager - IS

The MEA Regional Marketing Manager – Industrial Solutions is responsible for all the industrial water treatment segments in MEA . The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the regional market segment growth strategies that are aligned with the overall global growth segment strategies, the delivery of actionable marketing plans, developing/expanding and actively managing the innovation pipeline and new product launch.

He or she will provide the vision for the industry in MEA and will be responsible for the execution of the growth strategies in the region in collaboration with the commercial, application and technical teams.

Solenis LLC is seeking an experienced marketing professional with strong knowledge of the Industrial Water Treatment market to help drive growth of our Industrial Water Technologies business. The role will report directly to the MEA Regional Marketing Director - Industrial Solutions & Food and Beverage.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in engineering, business or a related fieldExperience in Refinery and Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Heavy Industry, Water Treatment and/or in a chemical service company will be a high advantageExperience in Sales and Marketing rolesExcellent command of both written and spoken EnglishExcellent spoken and written communication skills, effective internal communication, ensuring relevant information reaches key stakeholdersFast autonomous learner, comfortable with technology, chemistry, and sustainabilityComplex problem-solving and project management skillsGood organizational and planning skills with attention to process and detailStrong business sense and analytical skillsConfidence in presenting ideas and driving projectsResults-driven with a focus on creating value for customers, passionate about customer value aligned with their values and strategyCapacity to work collaboratively in a highly engaged teamFlexible and resilientDuties & Responsibilities:Develop regional growth strategies to deliver key business targets, namely in oil & gas, mining, municipal and refinery & petrochemicalsAnalyze key growth trends and customer needs that drive consumption of specialty solutions in target segmentsAnalyze industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performanceIdentify new product development opportunities working with global marketing and technology teams and utilizing new product blueprinting toolsCollaborate with innovation teams and sales to drive market validation and launch of new products in regionIdentify and evaluate specific application, product, and service growth opportunities in target segmentsProvide leadership in creating differentiated customer value propositions; develop quantified value propositions and the tools to enable the commercial team to deliver that value to the customer; work with the sales force on value delivery, value selling and value documentationPartner with global marketing and regional commercial teams to develop effective marketing programs to introduce new products, applications and service offeringsPartner with commercial team to develop business which will meet sales and profit objectives for the segmentDevelop regional specific business cases for the introduction of new products and service offeringsProvide commercial team with marketing support and leadership including sales tools, training, and problem-solving capability
