MDU Account Executive
**What’s The Role** Executes sales for multi-dwelling units (MDUs) to secure exclusive contracts and drive non-exclusive sales of all products and services through various sales channels to achieve MDU sales targets. Meets and exceeds monthly sales quotas established for Sales Agents and sales teams. **What You´ll Do** + Leads a sales conversation with residential prospects and clients, with the ability to sell to a diverse subscriber base. + Identifies and proposes recommendations to prospects and clients, relative to the various solutions the Company offers. + Delivers scripted sales proposition during customer interactions. + Fulfills customer request by responding to calls, assessing their needs and offering viable solutions. + Follows through on all sales to ensure that installations of products and services have been scheduled and completed. + Updates knowledge by participating in training and independent studies, to ensure familiarization with all existing and new Company products. + Attends all mandatory department trainings to gain requisite knowledge of all new Company offerings and promos. + Utilizes sales skills, relationship building skills and product knowledge to guide customers to making informed decisions. + Performs daily login adherence and active use of all required Company software. + Provides information about Company products, values and rates during telephone calls and face to-face interactions. + Participates in the department’s quality assurance initiatives. + Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed calls and follow-up activities. + Performs customer interactions with a high degree of professionalism, courtesy and integrity. + Participates in cross-functional rotations within Door-to-Door Sales and executes support duties. + Performs any other Door to Door Sales related task as assigned by management. + Performs any other duties assigned by Management. **Knowledge & Experience** + Minimum of five CXC OR EQUIVALENT passes + Account Management a plus. + Excellent communication skills both written and oral + Customer Relations Training/Certification + Basic understanding of the local telecommunications marketplace + General computer proficiency + Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) + Strong experience in a sales environment and customer relationship management, or equivalent experience in a role that directly interacts with customers + Good understanding of excellent customer service + Must be a self-starter and be willing and able to expand their knowledge base on a continuous basis + Strong team player + Excellent time management skills + Good Oral and Written communication skills + Good customer and interpersonal skills + Must be computer literate with proficiency in the use of MS Office + Must know and comply with the company’s rules and regulations. + Sound understanding of the FLOW Business + Must be willing to work outside of office hours when required. + Living the FLOW principles. **Who We Are** We are the leading telecommunications company, connecting more than 40 markets in Latin America and the Caribbean with our video, broadband internet, telephony, and mobile services under the consumer brands VTR, Flow, Liberty, Más Móvil, BTC, and Cabletica.
