You Are:
The MDM Engineer is responsible for the design, build, & evolution of Master Data Management solutions that deliver trusted, high-quality golden records to downstream systems.
The opportunity:
· Design and maintain MDM solutions aligned to business domains and enterprise data standards
· Define entity and attribute models that support current and future use cases
· Design and implement hierarchies and relationships across master data entities
· Develop golden record models that reflect survivorship, trust, and business rules Match, Merge & Survivorship
· Design and implement match and merge rules for entity resolution
· Define survivorship logic to determine authoritative attribute values
· Tune matching algorithms and survivorship rules to improve accuracy and performance
· Collaborate with data quality and business stakeholders to refine matching outcomes
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
· 5+ years of experience in data engineering, MDM, or enterprise data solution roles
· Hands-on experience designing and implementing MDM solutions
· Strong understanding of: o Data modeling and entity resolution o Match/merge and survivorship concepts o Integration patterns and APIs
· Proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques
· Experience working with modern data platforms and integration pipelines Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Profisee MDM or comparable MDM platforms
· Experience integrating MDM with cloud data platforms and enterprise applications
· Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and stewardship concepts
· Experience supporting enterprise-scale or regulated data environments
Benefits
