Temp-to-Hire position$26.00 to $31.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)Lead and develop the materials planning and inventory management teamImprove core processes for shipping, receiving, and material handlingRelease purchase orders from blanket contracts to meet production schedulesExpedite, cancel, or adjust POs based on changing production needsMentor the Materials Release Coordinator using the MRP systemPartner with Procurement to build compliant, sustainable release processesCollaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teamsIdentify material loss and drive initiatives toward zero?based wasteOwn and manage the annual materials and inventory operating budgetResolve receiving, invoice, and vendor discrepanciesManage rejects, returns, and SKU transitions to reduce inventory riskPerform additional duties as business needs requireMaterials Supervisor Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field5+ years leading teams or cross?functional projectsAdvanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)Experience with inventory management and ERP systemsPreferred
