**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Basic Functions:
+ Participates in projects that influence the direction of the operation
+ Manages multiple and competing demands in the area of functional responsibility and the organization
+ Insures compliance to formal policies and procedures.
+ Monitors trends and establishes actions for improvement.
+ Provides supervision for positions within the SCM Coordinator job category
+ Manage 3 Material Supervisor and 60 hourly employees
Responsibilities:
+ Production Control
+ Planning & Scheduling
+ Inventory Management
+ Customer Performance criteria / scores
+ Supplier Management
+ Budgeting Finance
+ Continuous Improvement
+ Material Flow and Problem Solving
+ Manages multiple SCM roles and responsibilities
+ May orient, train, assign, and verify the work of fellow employees
+ Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals for a single unit with multiple customers and products
+ Advanced analytical problem solving skills to determine root cause of issues
+ Proposes and oversees implementation of corrective action
Experience
+ 4 - 6 years of Supply Change Management experience
+ Broad based supply chain management and process development knowledge
+ Strong leadership / planning / negotiation / problem solving / delegation and presentation skills
+ PC software knowledge & skills. Strong financial skills
+ Bachelor's degree preferred
