Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Inventory managementSupplier material StreamStocking levelsTransactional Process SupportGlobal allocation of materialResource allocationLean manufacturing initiatives and supportEstablishing and maintaining a teamwork environment with SourcingPositive supplier relationshipsIndirect Material  Supply Expense materials Supply Budget  Expense account  Projects  VCP Drive  action to improve Inventory reduction

Quality Specific Goals:

Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required Knowledge and understanding of production process work instructions and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specifications Ensures the creation of accurate, complete and timely records and DHRs

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree+4 years supply chainExperience in people management and team development is a key requirementProven ability to drive change initiatives in a matrix environmentAbility to successfully motivate and maintain employee involvement while driving changeKinaxis Maestro and / or Oracle KnowledgeMedical Industry experienceProficient English level is a must

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Black Belt Oracle knowledge and experience Lean ManufacturingExperience OMLPGraduate Lean Manufacturing AWOLeadership ExperienceMBA or Masters Degree
