**Job Description** **UW Medical Center - Northwest** has an outstanding opportunity for a for a **Materials Handling Aide 2** **.** **WORK SCHEDULE** + 100% FTE (40 hours per week) + Day Shift **POSITION HIGHLIGHTS** The Materials Handling Aide II organizes, directs, coordinates, and controls the activities of the Environmental Services, linen, equipment, and supplies. This position will include shifts at the new Northwest Center for Behavioral Health and Learning. **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** + Rearranges stock to accommodate inventory movement; uses hand dollies and pallet jacks to move stock and equipment. + Delivers supplies and equipment to the user departments in an efficient and timely manner. + Restocks utilizing proper rotation, organization, documentation, and location of stock items. + Maintains inventory, ordering records, and cost records. Periodically takes physical inventories and notifies supervisor when to reorder inventory. + Maintains inventory, ordering records, and cost records.
