**Military and Defense: Materials Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a motivated Materials Associate to join our Supply Chain team at our Costa Mesa and Santa Ana locations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our mission to transform military capabilities with advanced technology. You will be responsible for efficiently moving products from the warehouse to production lines, ensuring accurate material transactions, and maintaining inventory standards. This position offers a day shift schedule from **7 am to 5 pm** , with the opportunity for overtime. **Responsibilities** + Process shipping and receiving at the Santa Ana and Costa Mesa locations as needed. + Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product. + Ensure material movement across sites is accurately transacted for each move. + Orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory and delivering production materials and supplies where needed. + Stage finished product for final distribution. + Complete cycle counts and conduct warehouse activities with inventory accuracy as a top priority. + Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages. + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items or signal machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docks. + Expedite flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production schedules. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent role. + 2+ years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or other warehouse management and inventory control tools. + Familiarity with inventory management, including Lot, Serial, and Batch tracking at high mix, high production volumes. + Excellent customer service skills. + Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift experience. + Experience with pallet jacks. + Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent office management tools. + Valid driver’s license. + Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance. **Why Work Here** Join a dynamic team where top performers have the opportunity to be brought on directly to grow our internal team.
