**Materials Analyst**
**Location:** Murfreesboro, TN **Employment Type:** Full-Time
**Payrate:** $35 per/hr
Manpower Murfreesboro is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Materials Analyst** to manage material supply lines. This role involves maintaining ERP system data, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting inventory and production goals. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, ERP experience, and advanced Excel proficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate parts requirements with suppliers to meet customer demand
+ Maintain ERP system data including Item Master, BOM, ship-to locations, and inventory parameters
+ Support inventory buildouts and new program start-ups
+ Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances
+ Analyze and report on expedited shipments, supplier ratings, and inventory levels
+ Track and resolve component inventory inaccuracies
+ Communicate supplier status regarding engineering changes
+ Report daily on key performance metrics: inventory valuation, accuracy, cycle counts, and past-due parts
+ Participate in safety and environmental initiatives, audits, and improvement events
**Required Qualifications:**
+ College degree or equivalent experience (2+ years in Production Control with material coordination emphasis)
+ Experience with ERP systems
+ Previous experience in manufacturing environments
+ Strong communication and organizational skills
+ Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
