**Job Description/** **_Mô Tả Công Việc_** **:** 1. Plan/schedule materials requirement to support all product lines. _Lập kế hoạch / lên lịch yêu cầu vật liệu để hỗ trợ tất cả các dòng sản phẩm._ 2. Liaise with Business Unit on future demand (ramp up or down) and work with suppliers and expedite shipment to ensure sufficient materials. _Liên lạc với đơn vị kinh doanh về nhu cầu trong tương lai (tăng hoặc giảm) và làm việc với các nhà cung cấp và đẩy nhanh việc vận chuyển để đảm bảo đủ nguyên liệu._ 3. Liaise with New Product Development (NPD) team on all new packages startup and phase in of production parts after initial engineering orders. _Liên lạc với nhóm phát triển về nguyên vật liệu cho sản phẩm mới_ 4. Follow up with supplier on all outstanding issues related to supply/discrepancy or other initial changes upon requests from manufacturing. _Theo dõi với nhà cung cấp về tất cả các vấn đề tồn đọng liên quan đến nguồn cung / sự khác biệt hoặc những thay đổi so với yêu cầu từ nhà máy_ 5. Follow up with Process and Product Engineer team on 2nd source qualification to avoid excess or shortage supply. _Theo dõi với Kỹ sư về đánh giá nguồn thứ 2 để tránh nguồn cung dư thừa hoặc thiếu hụt_ 6. Manage and control inventory level of materials to be within goal set. _Quản lý và kiểm soát mức tồn kho của nguyên vật liệu để nằm trong mục tiêu đã đề ra_ 7. Complies with Vietnam law, Company regulations, etc. _Tuân thủ pháp luật Việt Nam, quy định của công ty, v.v_ 8.
