You will make contributions that matter by...

Running, cleaning and setting up the factory equipment.Operating and monitoring cutting and packing machines to maintain smooth and efficient production flow.Carrying out 30-minute quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and compliance to standards.Working with the rest of the shift team to achieve production targets and maintain high standards.Ensuring adherence to health & safety, food safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.Identifying and reporting any equipment issues promptly to minimise downtime.Maintaining accurate records of quality checks and production data

You'll be a great fit if you...

Have hands-on experience operating and setting up production machinery, ideally in a food manufacturing or high-care environment.Understand the importance of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards and follow them diligently.Are detail and quality-focused, with the ability to carry out regular checks and maintain accurate records.Can work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to meet production targets and maintain high standards.Are proactive and reliable.Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
