In this role, you will:
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Experience with equipment finance and leasing. 4+ years prior sales experienceAdvanced problem solving and/or sophisticated sales techniquesAbility to overcome objections, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environmentResponsible, reliable, dedicated and committed to fulfilling obligations and being a team playerAbility to remain calm and thoughtful in challenging or frustrating circumstances, and having the ability to recognize intense situations when deals should be escalated to managementHigh degree of organization with ability to grasp strategic as well as tactical issues involved with client relationshipsAbility to work with minimal supervision and able to establish relevant priorities with respect to administrative work associated with departmental activitiesExperience managing complaints and objections effectively and professionallyExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to overcome objections, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast paced environment.
