**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a CBRE Material Handling Maintenance Technician, you will provide services as a Facilities Lab Transporter and will be responsible for physical move of equipment, administrative and implementation support to the Facilities Lab Support team in the delivery of the lab materials and equipment.
This job is part of the Material Handling job function and is responsible for the incoming and outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products and parts.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
+ Assist with execution of lab equipment and materials moves for assigned buildings.
+ Provide oversight on equipment and material moves related documentation preparation.
+ Adhere to department business plans and budgets.
+ Follow customer requirements, internal policies and procedures and external legal requirements.
+ Keep all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance.
+ Assist with collection, preparation for shipment and pick up of electronic waste, and ensure IT deliveries are made in a timely manner.
+ Identify and locate the right products during the delivery process.
+ Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
+ Ensure compliance with Nvidia EHS and OSHA storage and transportation requirements.
+ Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
+ Deliver your own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
+ In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Valid Driver’s License required.
**OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES**
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training and experience. The salary range is $33 - $35 per hour. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
