**Job Title: Material Handler II**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dynamic Material Handler II responsible for the safe receiving, inspection, movement, tracking, storage, and shipment of custom-made servers and components. The role involves reviewing product and process documents, ensuring accurate processing, and may include training other Material Handlers as needed and supporting the Team Lead where necessary.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform the safe receiving, movement, tracking, storage, and shipment of custom-made servers and components.
+ Maintain a clean, orderly work area and perform material handling tasks.
+ Process product documentation accurately, implement corrective actions as needed, and use the MRP system to enter and retrieve data.
+ Maintain product inventory by receiving, identifying, labeling, and storing products within the warehouse according to procedures.
+ Ensure timely shipment of products while maintaining communication with internal facility staff.
+ Adhere to ISO procedures, Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Lean principles.
+ Work with a focus on safety, efficiency, and accuracy, ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met.
+ Support the Production team as needed.
+ Report events and activities outside normal parameters to the appropriate person or Team Lead and assist in issue resolution.
+ Provide feedback for workflow improvements.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ year experience in electric pallet jack operation.
+ 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
+ 2+ years of experience picking small parts.
+ 1+ year of experience in inventory/data entry and material handling.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in a warehousing environment under FDA, ISO, GDP, Lean principles preferred.
+ At least 2 years of experience in picking, pulling, packaging, shipping, and receiving.
+ Experience with MRP or ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

**Work Environment**
The role operates on an alternative work schedule with shifts from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. While the campus is large, the warehouse workspace is relatively small. The position involves handling delicate and expensive products, requiring a high level of attention to detail.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of RICHMOND, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
