Material Handler / Forklift Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Newton, NC

We’re looking for a reliable Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join a manufacturing team in Newton, NC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity on 3rd shift with a strong pay increase after hire-on.

Shift:

1st Shift 

Pay:

$17.00/hour while temporary

$19.00/hour after hire-on (includes shift premium)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility

Load, unload, and stage materials for production

Track inventory and update information using computer systems

Support production teams with timely material flow

Follow all safety and warehouse procedures

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required

Forklift experience required (certification a plus)

Comfortable using computers for inventory and tracking

Ability to work overnight shifts

Dependable attendance and attention to safety
