Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and processing industry, is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift to join their team. As a Material Handler/Forklift, you will be part of the operations department supporting the production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Material Handler/Forklift
Location: Fountain, CO
Pay Range: $18.00/hour
Shift: Second (4pm-2:30am, Monday-Thursday, 4x10 shift)
What's the Job?
Ensure the organic materials flow smoothly through the shakers, maintaining continuous operation. Coordinate with heavy equipment operators to fill shakers accurately and efficiently. Perform housekeeping duties including scraping, sweeping, shoveling, and stacking bags to maintain a clean work environment. Assist with restocking pallets and supporting general site cleanup as directed by the foreman. Monitor and report any equipment issues to maintenance personnel to prevent operational disruptions.What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Entry-level experience preferred, with a willingness to learn. Basic electrical troubleshooting, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repair skills are a plus. Ability to follow safety practices diligently to ensure personal and team safety. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work on your feet for most of the day.What's in it for me?
